Fairhouse

This historic building, built in 1884, is completely renovated and features an open floor plan, three stories open loft celling wrap-around porch laced in lights, wooden floors and shuttered windows for natural lighting. Max Capacity 300 guests / Size 80’x80’

Let the historic Columbia County Fairhouse and its surrounding buildings create the perfect backdrop for your unique country wedding. Decorate with hanging lanterns from the barn rafters or hay bales with wildflower bouquets to create the rustic charm and atmosphere you dream of for your special day. While your bridal party has photos taken by the barns, pond and fountain, your guests will enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres on adjacent lawns and in the show ring among the whiskey barrels of summer flowers and shade trees. Pavilion

This covered open pavilion is ideal for a class reunion, birthday party, wedding, or graduation. Until 10:00PM. Features include waist high counter, picnic tables and cooler. Max Max Capacity: 200 guests / Size: 48’x 96’

Columbia Hall

With a lovely porch and front lawn, this building has two restrooms and a kitchenette inside. Open beamed ceiling lends a charming touch to any event. Until 11:00PM. Max Capacity: 125 guests / Size: 50’ x 48’
