REGULAR FEATURES Amusement of America midway ride with daily ride specials; 175 exhibits including two exhibition halls (Fair House & Livingston Hall), Lots of agriculture including the Made in Columbia County Exhibit (Sponsored by Columbia County Economic Development Corp.) and livestock competitions throughout the entire six days. If you like Exotic animals, then visit the Two by Two Zoo (Sponsored by COARC & Herrington Fuel); Craft Demonstrations and the Flower & Garden exhibit; For the sports enthusiast visit the sportsman exhibits including the fish pond (Sponsored by Columbia County Sportsman Federation); for a trip into the past, visit the Heritage Village (Sponsored by Mulhern Gas Co.) and its many demonstrations; Quilt Show (Sponsored by The Bank of Greene County) and Wool Booth (Sponsored by The Pepsi Bottling Co.) School House Exhibits (Sponsored by Columbia Green Community College Public Relations) are a must; enjoy the music and relax in the beer pavilion (Sponsored by S. T. Hudson’s Son ) with Jack the D J or the upper entertainment garden with live music nightly and throughout the grounds lots of food to satisfy your every desire. Children will love the Educational Fire Safety House (Fire Service Area) and be greeted by Smokey the Bear; Pig Races Daily (Sponsored by Valley Oil Co., Crossroad’s Ford), times posted; Scarecrows (Sponsored by Trustco Bank), dotting the grounds: Tourism Promotions (Sponsored by Columbia County Tourism) and 4H Programs and Demonstrations throughout the entire fair. Flowers and gardens, throughout the grounds (Presented by the Horticultural Program from the Berkshire Farm Center & Services for Youth).
