The Columbia County Agricultural Society, Inc. is a non-profit 501c3 corporation. The 210 member society is made up of men and women who elect the 18-member Board of Directors. The Board is comprised of an elected President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer who oversee all aspects of the operation of the Fair and all of the off-season use of the fairgrounds. The appointed Fair Manager oversees the daily operation and maintenance of the fairgrounds with committees that are assigned to assist. The number of paid staff and volunteers during the fair grows to over 150.
